5 Wake Up and Workout Tips

Rise and shine, Fit Babes! Who says you can't turn your morning workout into an epic party? Here's how to trick yourself into loving those AM sweat sessions:


  1. Set alarms all over your space. This way, you are able to get up and splash water on your face as you head to your phone.

  2. Lay out your cutest workout outfit the night before. Who says you can't rock a cute outfit to the gym?

  3. Have a sip of something yummy and energizing ready to go as soon as you wake-up. Because who can resist a fun pre-workout drink, right? I personally switch mine up all the time so feel free to message me and ask me my current fave!

  4. Rope in a workout partner. More people, more party! Plus, you're more likely to show up when you have a Fit Babe friend meeting you!

  5. Create a playlist that makes you want to dance. Because who can resist moving to a beat? Seriously, jump out of bed and have a little dance party. I do this sometimes and the pups just love the fun vibes!


Remember, consistency is key. Find your rhythm and stick to it. And hey, in no time, you'll find yourself looking forward to those morning workouts.
